Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a refund.  I kindly ask that you return it within ten (10) days of the purchase date.  Item(s) must be in new or unused condition. 

To return an item, please snap a photo of the item to be returned and email us at simplyhopecandleco@gmail.com for an RMA number.  Once you receive an RMA number, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, write RMA # on the box and mail your return to the following address:

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.  You will be notified by mail once your return has been processed.
